  • About Us

We are an independent Christian mission based in Chef-Boutonne, in the heart of Poitou-Charentes.

We meet each Sunday afternoon for fellowship and the preaching of the Gospel, and currently Sunday evening via Zoom with other Christians. We also meet together for prayer each Wednesday evening.

Join with us as we come together for Christian Fellowship each Sunday afternoon at 3:00 in Chef-Boutonne (79110). Our meetings are informal, in a family friendly atmosphere. Meetings are in English but open to all nationalities.

If you are a committed Christian, fluent in both French and English, able to interpret and would like to help in this ministry. Please contact us.

Please note: Because we are small group, we don't currently have a crèche or have Sunday School facilities, but if required, someone can be on hand to assist with children (it may be helpful to contact us in advance).

    The Powerhouse of the church
When visitors would come to Spurgeon’s church he would take them to the basement prayer-room where people were always on their knees interceding. Then Spurgeon would declare, “Here is the powerhouse of this church".
